Vice President of Sales & Business Development

William (Bill)  is responsible for leading IntelliDyne’s sales and business development activities across the Federal Government landscape. Bill leads the team that identifies and resources sales opportunities and develops capture plans to effectively drive new business and growth opportunities for the company.

Bill  brings 25 years of exceptional government operations, sales and management experience to IntelliDyne. Bill has held senior US Federal sales and business development positions with Microsoft Corporation, Oracle USA and most recently at A-T Solutions, Inc where he was Vice President for DoD Business Development. At Oracle USA, Bill was the Director of the Federal Sales team for Oracle on Demand, selling cloud-based, hosted and managed application services across the US Federal Government, including the DoD, DHS and the Federal Civilian Agencies. At Microsoft Corporation, Bill was responsible for selling the full suite of Microsoft products and services to the most senior levels of the US DoD including the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the 4-star Combatant Command headquarters.

Bill is a retired US Army officer. While in the service, he held numerous leadership positions within the Army and at the Pentagon. During his service at the Pentagon, he was part of the leadership team responsible for the $1.6B DoD Training Transformation program. Bill also served in the Pentagon as the Chief of Joint, Interagency and Multinational Training on the Army G3 Staff as well as on the Joint Chiefs of staff where he worked on Joint Doctrine and Joint Operational War Plans for the J7. During his tenure with the Army, Bill served in numerous command and staff roles as an AH64 attack helicopter pilot, a paratrooper, and as an exchange officer where he commanded a Canadian Forces helicopter unit.
