Steve joined IntelliDyne as CEO in 2008, and since then, the company has achieved consistent, strategic growth year after year. His unwavering attention to client engagement is achieved through the entrepreneurial culture Steve inspires not only at the leadership level but throughout the company. This attention to clients and culture has earned IntelliDyne industry recognition from the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce GovCon Awards, Helios HR Apollo Awards, the Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE) Awards and the SmartCEO GovSTAR Awards.

Prior to joining the company, Steve worked for EMC Corporation, a Massachusetts-based global technology company. As Division Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Systems Division, he was responsible for all aspects of global operations. This Fortune 150 organization operates worldwide, and under Steve’s leadership, the Federal Government Division achieved unprecedented growth. He developed and coached teams to align with their clients and become trusted advisors, substantially impacting the growth of the corporate brand in the Federal Marketplace. In addition, Steve successfully integrated and leveraged 10 discrete product and services company acquisitions into the division, resulting in significant expansion.

Over his 25-year career, Steve has established “operational best practices” in client engagement, leadership development and coaching, government affairs, consulting services, business development, contract negotiations, capture, bids & proposals, partner development, and enterprise business strategy.
