Washington Technology recently featured IntelliDyne’s Vice President of Human Resources, Shirl Jenkins, in an oped discussing her thoughts on telecommuting, work-life balance, and productivity.
In the wake of Marisa Mayers, Yahoo CEO, declaring "telecommuting is dead" Shirl responds to the lively debate saying that the CEO’s words fall short of addressing the core reasons why telecommuting a great tool for human capital and workforce development.
