IntelliDyne, LLC Awarded $12.5 Million Contract for IT Support Services
at the Executive Office for US Attorneys

IntelliDyne, LLC (IntelliDyne) was awarded a $12.5 million contract to provide software development and IT support services to the Executive Office for US Attorneys (EOUSA). The contract includes a base period, plus 2 option years.
IntelliDyne was the incumbent in a contract re-compete for which multiple contractors submitted bids. The company has been providing services for EOUSA since 2005.

Over the life of the contract, IntelliDyne will work with EOUSA to provide program and project management of multiple task initiatives, including application development, and creating and executing processes for application maintenance. In addition, the company will be responsible for IT systems operation and administration.
IntelliDyne has provided application development and maintenance, IT system centralization, and integration support services to EOUSA’s Case Management Staff since 2005. IntelliDyne incorporates the Project Management Institute’s best practices and leverages the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) framework to provide repeatable, quality software applications. With standard processes in place, the IntelliDyne team reduces client risk, and efficiently scales to bring exemplary IT solutions to new and existing work.
