David R. Engstrom
Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Dave Engstrom is responsible for IntelliDyne’s operations management with a focus on the design, operations, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver products and services for our clients. He provides leadership to a diverse team composed of more than 260 employees in the United States supporting all of our clients.
Mr. Engstrom joins IntelliDyne with 30 years of experience in leadership, program, and engineering management, most recently as Partner and Vice President for the Department of Defense Mission Systems within Federal Systems, Unisys Corporation. While at Unisys, he led a staff of professionals in providing information technology and engineering support to a wide range of government and industry clients including the U.S. Army; Defense Logistics Agency; Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command; the Office of the Secretary of Defense; Defense Finance and Accounting Service; Logistics Innovation Agency; and International Programs supporting emerging NATO countries, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
Mr. Engstrom joined Unisys from EDS U.S. Government Solutions, where he was responsible for business supporting the Pentagon Command Communication Survivability Program, the Department of the Army, the Army Corps of Engineers, and the Army and Air National Guard. In that capacity, he oversaw existing contracts, business development for new engagements, and strategic business directions for those clients.
Mr. Engstrom retired from the U.S. Army in 1994. He received a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an M.S.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
