Fern M. Ward
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel
Ms. Fern Ward oversees IntelliDyne’s Contracts and Legal Department. In this capacity Ms. Ward writes, reviews, and negotiates IntelliDyne’s contractual and other legal documents and ensures compliance with federal and state programs.
Ms. Ward has over 10 years of federal contracting experience. Prior to IntelliDyne, Ms. Ward was a Senior Contracts Administrator for Vector Research, Inc. (now Altarum Institute) and Keane Federal Systems, Inc. During her tenure with Vector, Ms. Ward established the company’s first satellite contracts office and wrote the cost proposal for the company's largest awarded contract. At Keane, Ms. Ward supported two divisions managing IDIQ cost type, T&M, Firm Fixed Price, GSA Schedule, and commercial contracts.
Ms. Ward holds a J.D. degree from George Mason University and a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Virginia and Fairfax Bar Associations. Ms. Ward also holds a Contract Management certification from the National Contract Management Association demonstrating expert knowledge of FAR regulations.
