IntelliDyne is proud to have been selected as one of the prime contractors for the DOJ ITSS-3 program. The ITSS-3 program is designed to procure state-of-the-art information technology services and project related hardware on a rapid streamlined basis for (7) years, from October of 2004 thru September of 2011.
The ITSS-3 Vehicle is easy to use and is designed to be customer friendly and convenient. The ITSS-3 vehicle is non-mandatory and available to all Federal agencies and is available both nationwide and overseas. Big task orders aren’t a problem either since there are no limitations on the dollar value of any task orders that are issued.
The ITSS-3 vehicle’s streamlined procedures are extremely swift and allow for the issuance of a task order in less than 2 weeks. Task orders are typically awarded through competition consistent with FAR 16.505. However, exceptions can be made pursuant to FAR 16.505(2) which contains provisions for urgency, follow on work and the availability of capable providers.
With ITSS-3, customers can request oral proposals in lieu of or in addition to written proposals and all costs associated with the preparation, presentation and/or discussions of the contractors' task order proposals are the responsibility of the ITSS contractors, there is no additional cost to the customer agency.
When a need arises to support the rapid adoption of new technology under ITSS-3, the DOJ and other civilian agencies quickly turn to IntelliDyne. IntelliDyne is a CMMI Level 3 company and IntelliDyne’s ITSS-3 contract provides the DOJ and other agencies with an established set of vendors and contracts for software development, hardware support, network and security management and a variety of other services. IntelliDyne’s ITSS-3 contract offers a blend of labor categories to deliver the full range of IT services to meet 39 service areas.
