Conzuelo Sorg serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Program Manager at IntelliDyne, where she provides strategic leadership for enterprise-wide recruiting and workforce planning in support of the company’s growth and long-term business objectives. In addition to leading the Talent Acquisition organization, Conzuelo serves as Program Manager for a Defense Program. In this role, she is accountable for contractual performance, financial management, and leadership of a team of engineers, while also establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. This dual leadership experience equips her with a well-rounded technical and business perspective, enabling her to develop practical, innovative solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.
