Kathey Tonnacliff serves as Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at IntelliDyne, providing senior operational leadership and program oversight to ensure the successful execution of complex initiatives across the organization. With more than 30 years of experience in operations, program management, and organizational leadership, Kathey plays a central role in aligning project delivery, governance, and performance standards with IntelliDyne’s business objectives, culture, and long-term growth strategy.
As a key member of the senior management team, Kathey leads the development and governance of enterprise project management standards, methodologies, and controls that promote consistency, accountability, and execution excellence. Her leadership strengthens operational efficiency by establishing clear processes, performance goals, and measurement frameworks that support on-time, on-budget delivery while maximizing organizational agility and financial outcomes. She partners closely with executive leadership to provide visibility across the project portfolio and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.
Kathey leads the evolution of the PMO as a center of excellence, mentoring project management professionals and fostering a high-performing, disciplined delivery culture. She is a trusted advisor on project teams that have contributed to IntelliDyne’s successful recurring appraisals at CMMI Services Maturity Level 3, as well as the company’s ongoing ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 certifications, reinforcing a strong culture of quality, security, and continuous improvement.
Kathey holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Mary Washington and a Master’s Certificate in IT/IS Project Management from Villanova University. She maintains multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations v4, ITIL Service Transition, Agile Foundations, DAU ACQ 101, and Disney Institute Customer Relationship Management.
