IntelliDyne, LLC has announced it has received its V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) Certification. The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program is a Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Veterans Services Program. The V3 Certification process assists companies in implementing strategies on how to acquire, maintain and care for veterans within their organization.
In order to receive the certification, each company must complete a core curriculum and a supplemental curriculum, either in-person or through webinars. Some topics of training include: “Dispelling Myths About PTSD,” “Organizational Veteran Hiring Plan,” and “Understand Military Skills, Translate Resumes and Interviewing Tips.” Following, the company must submit a strategic plan outline the approach they plan to take in recruiting, hiring and retaining veterans.
