As Vice President of IT Solutions & Services, Damon applies the breadth of his experience to achieve success in a multi-faceted role. Whether formulating solutions to client challenges or leading SMEs on execution of those plans, Damon’s work always focuses first through the lens of what is best for our clients. In a business growth capacity, he works alongside our Business Development & Capture teams to serve as the Lead Solutions Architect for Cloud, Datacenter, and Enterprise Infrastructure Management (EIM).
As the technical liaison between IntelliDyne’s corporate office and each client program, Damon provides architecture and engineering leadership on various client initiatives and projects. He works to ensure IntelliDyne’s technology capabilities remain current and are aligned with the needs of our clients. With a focus on client delivery, Damon maintains and refines a cross-cleared, matrixed bench of technology SMEs and engineers for special projects. All efforts have the same goal of ensuring that IntelliDyne remains a trusted advisor for new and existing clients.
Leading up to his current role, Damon capitalized on the scares of Y2K and co-founded a computer support company while an undergraduate in college in the fall of 1998. Damon's 18-year professional career has included increasingly complex technology roles and he has worked in every level of IT support. He has spent 14 years working at Federal Services Contracting companies and has been with IntelliDyne for over 8 years. Throughout his tenure, Damon has routinely displayed the core characteristics that IntelliDyne looks for in its employees – leadership, quality, drive, aptitude, and the will to succeed. With financially sound and operationally focused decision making, Damon has excelled and proven valuable in every role he has taken on.
Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University and possesses various industry certifications with a focus on Virtualization and Cloud Technologies.
