How long have you been with IntelliDyne?
I’ve been at IntelliDyne for just over two years in the role of Technical Recruiter.

What do you think makes IntelliDyne a great place to work?
The people, values, and culture. The leadership here values their employees and is constantly looking for ways to keep improving the company.

What do you enjoy most about your role at IntelliDyne?
I enjoy helping people, always have. At IntelliDyne, I get to help awesome people find great careers with a company I love working at. It’s a win-win!

What was your dream job growing up?
Being a Developer at Blizzard Entertainment. I grew up playing their games.

What influenced or drove you to pursue a career in Recruiting?
Nothing specific, I just kind of fell into it. At the time, I was working in the medical field but was contemplating a career change. As it happened, I have a friend in the Staffing industry who mentioned they had an opening. That was that.

How have you taken ownership of advancing your career at IntelliDyne?
Still a work in progress but I started by just helping out, asking what additional responsibilities I could take on, taking ownership of some projects, and making sure my supervisor was aware of my interest in advancing.

What parts of our mission do you connect with the most?
People-First IT Solutions. Can’t do what we do without awesome people to lead the other efforts. Being a Recruiter, people are always #1.

Which one of our corporate values is the most meaningful to you (inclusion, integrity, service)?
While all are important, I feel integrity is most meaningful. People seem to respect transparency, go figure!

What is one unique or fun fact that others may not know about you?
I can wiggle my ears, but I can’t whistle. It’s messed up.

Anything on your bucket list?
Leave the country. Not forever, just until I run out of money.
