Falls Church, VA- Apr 06, 2011 – IntelliDyne, LLC, headquartered in Falls Church, VA has been awarded a contract under the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) Program. This contract is the fourth generation of ITSS acquisition vehicles within the DOJ.
IntelliDyne’s scope of work encompasses the full range of information technology (IT) support services, to include systems development and testing, systems integration and enhancements, and operations support and maintenance. Of the 20 companies awarded a contract, IntelliDyne holds the distinction of being one of only five ITSS-3 prime contractors to also win an ITSS-4 prime contract.

ITSS-4 is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Vehicle consisting of both Time and Materials (T&M) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The contract term consists of a six month Base period and 6 Option years with a contract ceiling of $1.1B. Since 1988 the DOJ and other Federal agencies have relied on the services of the private sector to provide highly qualified and skilled individuals capable of developing solutions spanning a wide range of IT tasks. Contracts awarded under ITSS-4 will consist of large-scale systems integration acquisitions, and the integration, modification and maintenance of current systems which significantly impact future program needs within the DOJ and its agencies.
