This certification states that the IT service management system of IntelliDyne supports the provision of Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Mobile Computing, and Enterprise Infrastructure Management for government contracts.
The customer-focused global standard recognizes best practices for IT service management, and promotes an integrated process approach to ensure customer requirements for managed services are met in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
