The Washington Post Names IntelliDyne, LLC a 2024 Top Washington-Area Workplace

TYSONS CORNER, Va., June 25, 2024 IntelliDyne, LLC, a market-leading Government Information Technology Organization has been named one of The Washington Post’s 2024 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area. Selection is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s honorees include technology companies, government contractors, real estate firms, and financial service providers.

“For more than a decade, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list has served as an essential resource for D.C.-area professionals, equipping them with unparalleled insight into the best local companies to work for, as heard directly from their employees,” said Bronwen Latimer, the editor for Special Initiatives at the Washington Post. “This year we have highlighted 250 companies — more than ever before — giving a more robust picture of the current employee experience in the area.”

IntelliDyne has earned the designation of Top Workplace USA for the past four years and has been named a Washington-Area Top Workplace by The Washington Post since 2022.

“This recognition from The Washington Post is truly an honor, particularly as we celebrate IntelliDyne’s 25th anniversary this year,” said Marisa Krafsig, Chief Human Resources Officer. “This recognition reflects our longstanding commitment to both our clients and employees. We believe a strong company culture is more than just words on a page; it’s about creating a supportive environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and can contribute their best work. Being named a Top Workplace for three years running by The Washington Post – and four years running nationally – is a testament to our success in building that kind of culture. We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated team for their hard work and ingenuity, and we look forward to fostering a thriving workplace as IntelliDyne continues to innovate and serve our clients for years to come.”

The Washington Post hosted an awards ceremony on Thursday, June 20 to recognize the top-ranked companies. Find more information about The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces and see the full list of this year’s honorees here.
