While our awards and certifications page details a long list of our awards, certifications, and recognition, in this post we want to discuss in more detail how corporate certifications help us serve our valuable customers and fulfill the needs of important contract vehicles.
VMware Partner, Professional Solution Provider
Our status as a Professional Solution Provider with VMware provides us with certification, tools, training, and resources to design, plan, and deploy industry-leading virtualization and cloud computing solutions for our clients.
For example, the VMware Technical Solutions Professional (VTSP) accreditation provides training to better enable us to guide our customers through product evaluation, selection, and installation based on their business requirements and/or existing IT environments. The Sales Professional (VSP) certification provides our employees with additional skills that help us integrate and manage the technology that drives desired business outcomes for our customers.
Finally, our status provides us access to VMware’s Partner Central Portal, Partner Technical Support, and Partner Success Center to enable the most positive outcomes possible.
Cisco Professionals Partner
The Cisco Professionals certification provides valuable, measurable rewards to networking technology providers like IntelliDyne. As Cisco, the biggest network vendor in the world, reports, the Global Knowledge 2018 IT Skills and Salary Report found that over 90 percent of those surveyed affirmed that certifications make for more effective IT staff. Or as Cisco puts it another way: “A good certification program offers discipline and repeated practice—with the structure to help you deeply ingrain a skill set, and perform tasks more effectively and efficiently.” Effectiveness and efficiency are key aspects of our service philosophy.
