Jada Asmar serves as IntelliDyne’s Director of Contracts, working directly with the Executive Vice President and General Manager to provide strategic oversight of the company’s contracting, compliance, and pricing functions across the full contract lifecycle. She ensures contractual strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance are aligned with IntelliDyne’s business objectives and long-term growth across federal markets.
With nearly 20 years of experience in federal government contracting, Jada brings deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and supporting mission-critical programs. She serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to executive leadership, business development, operations, and finance teams, guiding contract strategy from pre-proposal planning through award, execution, and closeout.
Jada plays a key role in strengthening governance, standardizing processes, and ensuring disciplined contract administration that supports both operational performance and audit readiness. Through her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, she helps position IntelliDyne for sustainable growth while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Jada holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from George Mason University and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
