Lisa Schneiderman serves as Vice President of Strategic Projects and Facilities at IntelliDyne, where she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen operational performance and drive enterprise-wide efficiency. In this role, Lisa partners closely with executive leadership to evaluate organizational processes, identify sources of potential savings, and implement cost optimization strategies that support and enhance long-term financial health. Lisa oversees high priority initiatives that enhance productivity, strengthen organizational agility, maximize corporate philanthropy and support long-term growth.
With a background spanning over 40 years for non-profit and for-profit organizations in real estate, marketing, community relations and fundraising, Lisa brings a disciplined, analytical approach to complex challenges and business relationships.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Broadcast from James Madison University. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and a Board member of the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in Washington, DC.
