Matt Bringman serves as Chief Operating Officer at IntelliDyne, where he is responsible for advancing operational excellence and enabling sustainable growth across the company’s programs and internal operations. He leads day-to-day execution across federal and commercial contracts and oversees Business Development, with a focus on scalability, disciplined delivery, and positioning the organization for future growth. In this role, Matt helps ensure strong contract performance, operational consistency, and a clear connection between growth priorities, delivery, and customer outcomes.
Matt is a senior executive with more than 24 years of experience leading operations, growth, and program execution for federal technology and professional services organizations. He has served in executive roles supporting organizations across defense, homeland security, intelligence, and civilian agencies.
Throughout his career, Matt has built and scaled business development, capture, pricing, proposal, and operational functions to support sustained growth and strong execution. His leadership has contributed to more than $150 million in contract wins, improved operational efficiency, and successful transitions from growth to delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Matt brings a mission-focused leadership style grounded in both technical and business expertise. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
