Selin Bolayir serves as Controller at IntelliDyne, providing financial leadership and oversight across the company’s accounting, reporting, and compliance functions in support of strategic growth and operational excellence. She is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial operations across multiple entities, while maintaining adherence to government contracting requirements and regulatory standards.
In her position, Selin oversees core accounting and financial processes, including financial reporting, cash management, payroll, government invoicing, audits, tax, and banking relationships. She plays a key role in executive reporting, budgeting and forecasting, contract funding analysis, and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making and sound financial governance across the organization.
Since joining IntelliDyne in 2021, Selin has progressed into the Controller role, bringing a comprehensive understanding of contract-driven financial environments. Her background includes financial operations, compliance, audits, incurred cost submissions, provisional rates, and contract administration, equipping her to support both day-to-day execution and long-term business objectives.
Selin holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management from The University of Tampa and a Master of Accounting and Finance from University of Maryland Global Campus. She is known for her analytical rigor, attention to detail, and commitment to strong financial controls that support IntelliDyne’s mission and continued growth.
