What was your first job?
My first job was at our family business in Florida at an auto repair shop. I was changing oil, rotating tires, and sweeping the shop floor.

What influenced or drove you to pursue a career in Configuration Management?
I retired from the military in 2018 as a 92A Automated Supply Technician. I continued to seek out jobs in the logistics field and obtained my Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Acquisition and Contract Management. After a few months with IntelliDyne, others saw that I was capable of more than I was currently doing as an Asset Manager. When a position came open for Configuration Manager, I was encouraged to apply and here I am now learning new things every day with a great team of people.

Which one of our Corporate Values is the most meaningful to you?
Inclusion is IntelliDyne’s most meaningful corporate value to me because I believe having an inclusive workplace culture will not only help you attract a diverse set of talent, but also help you retain the diverse talent you attracted in the first place. Inclusion puts value on the differences people bring to the table and embraces those differences. IntelliDyne sets a great example and I believe this is one of the contributing factors to my own success as well as IntelliDyne’s growth.

Which of IntelliDyne’s benefits are your favorite and why?
The Training Reimbursement Program is my favorite. The opportunity to further one’s education not only helps with personal development but also professional development. With additional knowledge comes confidence and empowerment. This has provided me with the motivation to promote and grow within.

What is one unique or fun fact that others may not know about you?
I have 15 tattoos, they have all been inspired by events in my life from my deployments in the military, to the latest addition being inspired by my 3-week trip to Alaska in 2021.

I enjoy gardening, I currently have 6 different tomatoes, peppers, and various herbs. I also enjoy fishing on my boat, which partners well with my love of camping in my camper. I have a great appreciation for the outdoors.
