IntelliDyne Appoints Matt Bringman as Chief Operating Officer

Tysons Corner, Va., February 9, 2026 / IntelliDyne, LLC, a market-leading Government Information Technology firm with more than 25 years supporting federal missions, announced today that Matt Bringman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Bringman will oversee day-to-day operations across the company’s federal programs and internal functions, strengthening execution, operational consistency, and organizational readiness. He will work closely with IntelliDyne’s executive leadership team to translate strategy into action, ensure strong contract performance, and align delivery, operations, and customer outcomes across a mission-critical federal landscape.

Bringman is a senior federal technology executive with more than 24 years of experience spanning program management, operations, and business development for mission programs valued up to $200 million. He has built and scaled the infrastructure that enables disciplined execution, including operational tools and corporate functions that improve efficiency, strengthen delivery consistency, and raise the quality of program performance.

Throughout his career, Bringman has established and led end-to-end growth and execution capabilities, including business development, capture, proposal development, price-to-win, contracts, quality management, and risk management. He brings deep experience cultivating partners, opening new mission areas, and delivering winning proposals for customers across the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and other federal agencies. He is recognized for leading large, complex teams and supporting the execution of technically demanding programs.

Prior to joining IntelliDyne, Bringman served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer at DecisionPoint Corporation. He has also held senior growth and business development leadership roles at Tria Federal and Favor TechConsulting, as well as positions at Integrated Management Strategies, VariQ, and Strategic Operational Solutions.

Bringman holds an MBA from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
