Using IT service management (ITSM) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, IntelliDyne will continue to manage the information systems that deliver value to DHA.
The contract’s key goals are to:
- provide consistent, available, and reliable IT services to the DHA-N (former TRICARE legacy network)
- provide for the services required to effectively manage, operate, maintain, and provide for the integration of IT support to or with other DHA Enterprise IT support elements in order to modernize the network’s automation environments
- fully integrate all areas of support to an enterprise support model to include, but not limited to, call center support, desk side support, remote or onsite troubleshooting, onsite IT touch labor, NSS activity program management, network security and Infrastructure Assurance activities to include RMF/ATO support, in room video teleconferencing support, DHHQ site asset management, and network/systems engineering
