Phil Vincenzes serves as IntelliDyne’s Senior Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer. He spearheads IntelliDyne’s efforts to deliver advanced analytics and knowledge-based solutions to reveal insights supporting data-driven decision making. Phil’s teams have developed IntelliDyne’s line of performance management products, DashBlox, which includes DashBlox EIM (Enterprise Infrastructure Management) and DashBlox IPA (Integrated Program Assurance). These solutions provide agency leadership with real-time visibility into the performance of their enterprise IT operations as well as the programmatic execution of contract requirements.
Phil has more than 30 years of experience as an innovator in technology solutions. Earlier in his career, he developed LoanExpress, the first online lender-to-consumer platform and founded several software companies including Mortgage Banking Systems, eXtensible, and NetVentures, a broad-spectrum technology consultancy, where he served as a trusted C-Level advisor and consulting CTO to Federal, Defense, and Commercial clients. Phil’s knowledge of the government IT sector is as deep as it is wide. He was previously U.S. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Detica, a UK-based consultancy specializing in advanced analytics and information intelligence; later acquired and operated as BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. While at Detica, Phil’s teams delivered several important knowledge management and information-sharing platforms for DHS – serving the preparedness and response, bombing prevention, and counter-terrorism communities.
Phil’s knowledge-based analytics solutions have received recognition from government, universities, and analysts worldwide for their straightforward design and presentation of complex information. His analytics solutions have appeared in a number of CNN news broadcasts and as backdrops in Hollywood films. Phil is sought after by conference organizers and technology journalists to comment on data visualization, big data, and advanced analytics.
Phil attended the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and received degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Accounting. He has continued his executive-level education at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL), concentrating in technology innovation and Big Data analytics.
