Harry Bartel joins IntelliDyne as Chief Operating Officer. In this role he is responsible for overseeing both the Operational and Business Development aspects of the organization, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Robert Grey. Harry has demonstrated a wealth of experience and success in both operations and business development, centered around federal contracts, which include the Department of Justice (DoJ), and military and civilian health. His extensive background in operational quality will aid in the organizational pursuit of more robust certifications in CMMI, ISO, and CMMC.
Prior to joining IntelliDyne, Harry served as the Vice President of Operations for Phacil, a member of the Bylight family of companies, where he was responsible for operations, business development, organic and new business growth, employee welfare and Corporate strategy. As the documented CMMI sponsor, he ensured the company maintained CMMI Level 3 accreditations in the areas of Service and Development. Harry was key in the transitions of Phacil from a Small Business, to a Large and Employee-Owned Company. He has a proven track record of exceptional service to customers within the DoD and Federal/Civilian markets as evidenced by a majority of All-Exceptional CPARS received. His focus on customers and employees ensures he is held in the highest regard by those he works with.
Harry graduated from Trident University as magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration Management of Information Technology (MSMIT) and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Logistics Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business. He is a certified Project Management Professional, and is certified in ITIL Foundations, and ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy. Harry is also a Certified ScrumMaster Security+ and holds several HDI certifications. He is a highly detailed, process-focused leader with experience in Agile, IT Strategy, Cloud Capabilities and Enterprise Solutions.
